Which macbook to buy?

Looking for a MacBook with 16 GB RAM and at least 256 GB SSD. I have iPhone 12 Pro. Needed for programming (Xcode with iPhone emulator for Swift/iOS apps, Flutter+Dart+Android Studio emulator, Python, Rust, Go, C++ in VS Code, GitHub and Terminal), games (Minecraft Fabric with optimization and QoL mods, Roblox, osu!lazer, BeatBlock at 60+fps, Euro Truck Simulator 2) and school work (Keynote/Pages/Numbers for reports/presentations, Discord/Telegram/Zoom). What configuration and chip do you recommend? Maybe worth getting used?
