Need advice on Runes for medals

I have a few LV 100 characters right now, and I believe I've unlocked most if not all the recipes for Runes, but with the various movement styles, distances, cooldowns, etc, I'm at a loss on what to pick, and I don't want to waste materials on experimentation .

With such a wide variety, I'm sure subjective / personal preference plays a role, and I also suspect some of them will be objectively bad / noob traps.

Can anyone offer advice on which ones I should look at?

LV 100 - Purifier Dags DW Fire Currently using: Glyph of Burning Rifts

LV 100 - Vindicator Ultos Ranged Sparkthrower Primal Strike Lightning Currently using: Emblem of the Riftstalker

LV 100 - Warlock Black Flame Chaos AAR Currently using: Emblem of the Riftstalker

Content wise, my Warlock is up to SR 30 and can farm Lokkar, but the other two I haven't pushed past Nemesis / Totem farming yet.

Thank you
