What is the long term outcome for this conflict for Iran?

Ive seen people say that Israel isn't just gonna keep killing whatever leader Iran has until they get someone who'll work (kowtow) with them. Is that really realistic?

Wondering what other people think where things will end up given how things are going thus far. Imo while there are some Iranians who are in support of bombing they grandma I've gotten the impression while a lot of them don't like their government they'd rather not be bombed and have a western backed puppet in charge either
