19yo based in Israel with $4k starting out, and I had a few questions

Hi all,

I'm a 19yo in Israel looking to start a 100% equities Boglehead portfolio with $4k. I already have a Keren Hishtalmut set up.
I did some research and it seems the best option for me is to buy Irish-domiciled UCITS ETFs.

1. Is 100% VWRA the standard recommendation for total global coverage here?
2. Are there any Israel-specific tax tips or traps I should know about before I execute the trade?
