NEET Dropper Confused btw MBBS, BAMS , BPT and NURSING - Need honest career Advice

Hi everyone, I’m currently a NEET dropper preparing again this year. My primary aim was MBBS, and I also considered BAMS as an alternative. However, realistically speaking, I’m not very confident that I’ll secure a government MBBS seat, and private options are financially difficult for me. The same uncertainty applies to BAMS. Because of that, I’m seriously considering other healthcare options like BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) and B.Sc Nursing. I’m genuinely interested in the medical field and patient care, and I want a career with stability, growth, and decent earning potential, possibly even opportunities abroad in the future. At this point, I’m confused about what would be the smartest move if I don’t get MBBS or BAMS this year. Should I: Take another drop? Choose BPT or Nursing and move forward? Consider some other allied health field? I don’t want to waste more years, but I also don’t want to regret settling too early. I would really appreciate honest, practical advice from people who have been through similar situations or are currently in these fields. Thank you in advance
