I'm willing to bet you either can't manifest consistently, or at all. Here's how you can. Based on science. Based on logic. Based on simplicity.

Tips & Techniques

Fact 1: Neville Goddard's premise of identity is that your self-opinion matters the most. Fact 2: Identity is not built, but a state you occupy. The state is one decision away. That decision is: Currently, exactly where I stand, however I feel (even if you feel a bit down), whatever the circumstance, I already have my manifestation. Fact 3: this is what self-concept is and how Neville defines it, it's your identity.

The identity value model (IVM) This is your brains neoroscientific framework. This is what determines your choice making. This is a fact.

Fact: every choice you make, your brain assigns a value to each option. Fact: Your identity is determines these values. E.g. If you identity as healthy, your brain assigns high value to salad over donut.

THE IMPORTANT PART IVM operates on value, positing that you don't force yourself to choose the salad, but that you are naturally gravitated towards it because it has higher subjective value DUE to self-identity. Fact: when being healthy is your self-identity, you simply PREFER the salad, not force it, because it matches your internal map.

Wait, does this sound familiar? Oh yeah, almost as if Neville stated self-concept/identity is thinking from the state of being healthy, not of. Fact: meaning, they don't wake up and ask: how do I force myself to be healthy today?

Wait, let me get this straight- So you mean to tell me BOTH my brain's scientifically confirmed decision making system AND Neville himself is saying that effort is what happens when I haven't fully ACCEPTED my new state? Fact: Yes.

What happens if I eat the donut then? Fact 1: If you truely identified as healthy, the donut doesn't threaten that, it's just an event that comes and goes. Fact 2: A strong identity creates IVM resillience, and eating the donut doesn't put you in a lapse, because the donut is temporary, and not who you are.

So great, using science, and logic, and Neville, we now know the following facts:

  • Neville's self concept refers to identity
  • true identity is not forcing the salad, but deciding you are healthy
  • The identity determines your feelings in accordance to actions, not the other way around.
  • Identity is the state, not the feeling.

Great! So what is identity? Fact 1: Identity is the internal map. It's the control center. It determines your manifestation and choices, not the other way around. Fact 2 (IMPORTANT): Identity doesn't determine your feelings, but your feelings AROUND a choice.

And how do I change identity? Here's the most important fact: DECIDE. Even

  • in your current circumstances
  • whatever lack you feel
  • how unideal the 3D is
  • how everything goes against that identity

Fact 1: A healthy person eats donuts. Translation 1: whatever desire you want, it is completely possible to have and STILL feel lack, spiral, negative thoughts. Fact 2: Consistently returning to the fact that you ARE healthy, the donut no longer matters. Translation 2: Consistently returning to the decision you have your desire despite ALL odds, those odds no longer matter. Fact 3: Eventually, the IVM solidifies this identity and you still enjoy an occasional donut, but it means nothing. Your IVM has now assigned a lower value to it- you may even find yourself preferring salads eventually. Translation 3: returning the state AKA new identity, eventually you NATURALLY will have less and less spirals, lack, undesired 3D, because if you were secure in your new identity, none of that effects it.

So wait...I can still

  • lack
  • spiral
  • feel bad
  • want more And the only thing I have to do is... DECIDE that I have my desire and that NONE of that matters? Fact: Yes.

But but....but it means I'm not aligned right? If I lack, spiral want more etc... Fact 1: No. Decide that currently, whatever you feel. Is HOW you feel already having your desire. THAT's identity shift. And that's the difference that Neville mentions between thinking OF the wish fullfilled vs thinking FROM. This will make you think FROM.

MAKE NO MISTAKE: Fact1 : IVM shift is done easier when you decide you are healthy first, then the salad eventually becomes more palatable. Fact 2: Neville always mentioned INNER WORK FIRST, so getting into the state by identifying as healthy, not FORCING the EXTERNAL act of forcing a salad.

important fact: Make no mistake. NEVILLE EVER mentioned working from the outside in. And IVM works easier from inside out. So, we, manifestors, work INSIDE out. That's our difference.

  1. We DECIDE we are healthy first.
  2. We stick to that, and live the rest of life normally, still eating donuts whenever we want.
  3. We always RETURN to the decision/identity we are healthy, even as we are chugging donuts.
  4. This solidifies. Then, the IVM eventually and NATURALLY assigns higher value to salad than donuts.
  5. NATURALLY, we will end up choosing the salad. Not FORCING. Optional) Sometimes we will force the salad to make ourselves feel better and more disciplined, but we still decide we are healthy WITHOUT needing to force a salad.

And normal people?

  1. they force the salad everyday.
  2. If their mental resillience isn't strong, they stop.
  3. They then fail to shift identity, and compare themselves to the habits of a heakthy person.
  4. A gap is made between the current and ideal identity.
  5. internal IVM never changes and they will never want the salad. They will live the rest of their lives forcing it.

Hmm...This is a LOT of work to make the habits to support one decision, compared to one consistent decision that will do the work and make the habits.

Ultimate fact: Decide. Under any scenerio. "This can and is how I feel having my desire. It's not always sparkles and stars."
