reta 20mg to tirze 30mg?

Sharing my peptide history and hoping to get insights.

1 vial = ~1 month

Aug 2024:

Tirzepatide 20 mg (3 vials)

Stopped because weight loss stalled.

June 2025:

Retatrutide 20 mg (3 vials)

Stopped because I already reached a weight I was okay with.

Current (Jan 2026):

Retatrutide 20 mg (1 vial)

– 1 shot left

– No scale movement

– Still binge eating

– Food noise still very active

Goal:

Lose more weight and especially remove food noise.

From my personal experience, tirzepatide seemed better at suppressing food noise compared to retatrutide.

I’m considering going back to tirzepatide but at a higher dose this time. Thank youuu ☺️💖
