Foodpanda withholding tax

Hello any fellow foodpanda merchants here? My invoice / billing from then shows a deduction for .5% wht. Thats the first line after the gross store sales. However I cannot find anywhere about the 2307.

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
