How to do Alarm Suppression in Delta V

Anyone can explain how alarm suppression works in delta V?

We receive a number of alarms daily, which we want to reduce. For example when the pump is not running, we will suppress the alarm for a level LL in the tank since there is no hazard.

A logic change is not recommended since the feedback (of a valve positioner for example) could be erratic. So we are looking for alarm suppression route.
