Going to build my first ever SaaS... What advice would you give?

Hi everyone,

For starters, I do have experience in coding/cybersecurity and marketing (SEO + copywriting). Since I run an agency in that space, I’ll be building this in my spare time. That said, I do plan to go all in eventually, because the problem I’m solving is something people in this field genuinely face and are willing to pay for, & it will also act as a funnel for my agency.

My current plans are:

• Build a waitlist
• Market on Twitter, Reddit, and other forums
• Get a launch video made
• Have my designer spin up the UI/UX

Coming to my question: what advice would you give a first-timer, whether it’s around hosting, coding, security best practices, or anything else that’ll help?
