my fellow madridistas should stop believing everything these so-called reliable journalists reports..these guys are major reason our fans hate our own players ..
Mario cortegana is considered as the most reliable journalist on real Madrid news . he always claims he gets inside information and all ..
this Mario Cortegana, An Atlético fan who now works for The Athletic, he dedicates himself to publishing “exclusive” stories right after defeats, carefully crafting narratives that portray Madrid players as spoiled brats and runs constant agenda against club. The pattern is obvious, and the timing of these supposed exclusives makes the agenda even clearer.
If you are a Madrid fan and still believe these people provide serious journalism or genuine inside information, then you are simply being fooled
Here are a few examples of Mario’s so-called “exclusives.”
1.After the Super Cup final defeat, Mario published a full article claiming he had inside information that Xabi was going to stay. Within an hour, Xabi was sacked, and no one knew about it until Madrid announced it through their official channels. The funny part is that minutes after the club’s statement, Mario started writing about the “real story,” blaming the players for the sacking and again claiming he had inside information.
2.When Madrid were winning in La Liga with a 5 out of 5 run under Arbeloa, Mario was completely silent. But the moment Madrid lost two games in a row, suddenly he had an “exclusive” saying several players had been unhappy with Arbeloa for a month. The timing could not be more obvious.
3.Mario, who claims to have constant inside information, somehow never knew that Rodrygo had a partial ACL tear in 2023. Yet he suddenly “found out” about it only when the Rodrygo is injured and club started facing multiple injuries recently. Where were those sources before?
These are just a few examples off the top of my head. If someone still cannot see that Mario repeatedly pushes fake narratives, then they are simply choosing to ignore the obvious..
