Slow or fast Tribbie ?

I use Tribbie as my 4th slot in Archer's team but she still has her low speed damage build so I'm wondering if I should change it up ?

I've seen some 161 eagle Tribbie on DDD. Maybe I don't realise how good she can be but I feel like I'm rarely lacking SP now that Sparkle has been buffed.
