I need a check in

Hey. It’s been a while since I was active here but I need someone to check in for me.

I’ve never truly experienced mania, only psychosis, but have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. Now I have these behaviours and I don’t know if they could be a sign of mania.

I have had some risky sexual encounters last week (no protection) and have had a huge sex drive. More so than normally. I’ve also experienced multiple spontaneous orgasms, especially after smoking some (I know I shouldn’t, I’m trying to quit).

Could this be a sign of mania? I don’t experience any delusions or feelings of grandeur.i have some mild eanxiety but I’m handling it. I don’t have a psychiatrist right now but I’m on meds. Should I go seek help?
