Being trans and getting sick?

So roughly 2 months I been on HRT with no blockers. But I recently got sick. Feels like the flu but it’s hitting harder. Cough and headache hurt and good the body aches and temperature issues… Is this I’m gonna have to get used to is my body regulation for temperature and pain being weakened or heightened?
