Should I dabble in "geared" ETFs

I currently hold A200 and BGBL.

However recently I have learned about "geared" ETFs.

It is my understanding that they move the same but lower lows and higher highs.

I cant see a problem with this if I am looking at a 10-20 year investment horizon.

Are there any geared ETFs you could recommend to me?

Furthermore, are there any risks I appear unaware of when it comes to geared ETFs?
