What jobs can I get with my MBA

I have a bachelors in Communication and Marketing

Background is in healthcare (bedside and clerical), journalism, marketing and PR.

I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in project management.

I worked numerous jobs full time while I was in school, so I didn’t really make friends, and nowhave no connections anywhere outside of bedside healthcare, so can somebody please give me some advice on how to break into an industry? I’m not picky.
