Unnoficial bug fixer mod

Does anyone use it? Have most of the games bugs been adressed by the devs in later patches?

I just observed that this mod makes it so bhaalist armor doesnt remove piercing resistance anymore, making it quite weak in boss fights ( especially if using other difficulty mods where bosses are tanky as hell).

Watching throught the list there seem to be a lot of minor bugfixes, so i am reticent removing it. Do people still have the need to run it?
