Hormone cycle on shots

I have a testosterone blood test coming up which I’ve booked independently. The company told me to book between 6am and 10am. I’m presuming this in line with typical male daily hormone cycles. However I do shots every 3 weeks and was wondering if having it booked in the afternoon would change anything? And whether or not I have a daily cycle which would impact the timing of the blood test?

I ask because the earliest slot they had was in the afternoon so I’m trying to work out if I should just wake up late as possible. Or if I can continue my day normally lol
