reporting my 17yo friends boyfriend of 5 years for pedophilia. PLEASE give advice.

so, this situation is extremely complex. there's a lot of context needed but im overall looking for advice on how to report this somehow and get authorities involved because her mother is is allowing it and the situation is worsening.

my friend who's currently 17 has been dating a man who's currently 26 since she was TWELVE. they were strictly online for a large majority since they were a state apart but around a year ago she moved down to Florida about an hour from him. they since have met up multiple times and of course had intercourse and over the years in general traded explicit pictures. im stating this because i hope thats the actual evidence that could get him LOCKED up as he deserves.

the relationship overall is insanely toxic and obviously mentally distressing on her. she is very open about her life on social media and posts constantly about how miserable she is because he's a grown man cheating on her everyday and just all of this insane stuff i won't bother writing paragraphs about. the scary stuff is she has TWICE now posted self inflicted cuts of his NAME, and straight up posted a video of him eating out her butt...? (im so sorry for writing this.)

i have distanced myself a lot since she moved for my own mental because it genuinely is sick what's happening to her and nobody is willing to speak up about it.

with enough of the horrible background said, the legal advice im looking for is how the hell do i get this man locked up??????? i don't know either of their addresses since she has moved and NO clue what this man's last name could possibly be which is my main concern. i feel like i don't have enough information on where they are or who he even actually is to report it.. but i've seen this girl go through SO much for years and i just want her out of this. im sorry if this post is all over the place i will answer any questions and im so grateful is anyone even reads this.
