How do you manage ER cases of bullying? [N/A]

In my few years of HR, I’ve never dealt with an ER case of bullying. I almost feel embarrassed asking this question considering workplace bullying is prevalent.

I’d appreciate any advice - whether it’s bullying between employees or employees feeling bullied from their managers etc.

Sorry everyone, I forgot to mention, I don’t have a case. I am just preparing myself for any in the foreseeable future.
