need the slipperiest spats known to man

I have some wierd injury at the moment where the nerve on the back of my calf is hypersensitive and if anyone grips me before im sweaty it is absolute blinding pain.

Thinking i need some super slippery spats to kinda take away that gripping. Does such a thing exist? Any recommendations?

Im thinking maybe Hyperfly, I have one of their rashguards and its the slipperiest damn thing on the planet.
