i got laid off

first time ko maexperience to huhu. part of the training/development team, and yes, entry-level role ko. company says it has nothing to do with AI, pero prior to us being let go (45% of the team), we were working with AI to produce/manage output. now I have no idea what to do, kasi feeling ko sobrang niche ng experience ko (education/training), so I dont know how to manage my career/life as of the moment.

anyone laid off bc of AI/other reasons? how do you recover? huhu im so frazzled i dont know how to move now...i felt like i was just fired. need guidance huhu
