Energetic bond with stranger

I used to work with someone that I developed a really strong energetic bond with. I had never experienced such a thing before so on researching it I came across twin flames this led me to really trusting the connection and deepening it.

Now lately I’m wondering if I have made a mistake connecting my chakras so deeply with someone who is essentially a stranger . How do I disconnect? The bonds are strong specifically the heart chakra sacral and solar plexus.

Sometimes I feel a heartache that is not mine what does this mean ?

Also lately I’ve been feeling a hollow ache in my solar plexus area

All the twin flame advice was like oh that’s them working through blockages or something but now I’m like are they stealing my energy?

This has been going for two years now

Lately I am unhappy which is unusual for me even through dark times I have always maintained a light and loving spirit now I am unhappy. Also I used to be very active now I rarely leave the house on my days off

And I’m wondering if it’s because of this energy exchange I don’t know what to do

For context the energetic bond was such that I felt solar plexus pulls , I could access his energy and we sent each other emotions . Heart palpitations , tingles, but essentially being able to feel when their energy was nearby without seeing them, I could reach out with my energy and feel when they were at work or not before I saw them. Etc
