Cat chew porcelain

Hey everyone, I have a 9-month-old cat and I have a question for you. Do your cats also chew on porcelain water/food bowls? I've noticed he's been chewing on his water bowl for the past few days, and I'm worried he'll damage his teeth since it's porcelain and he's trying to figure it out.

Do you have any advice on what to do?
