Can a lower ppm gas value correlate with a better chance of remission?

Questions

Hello! I was recently diagnosed with SIBO following years of a restrictive eating disorder + b/p cycles. After testing, I had a value of 12 ppm CH4 after 120 minutes and 88 ppm H2 after 120 minutes ( both were my peak, I was unable to continue past 140 minutes because I got a migraine and threw up). I’ve seen other people say that they have values for methane over 100 ppm and have heard that some people’s number of required medication courses before remission can be based off of their ppm values. Is this true? If so, would I have a better chance of going into remission due to lower ppm values? Thanks
