Which would be the better value pull?

I've recently pulled both yaoguang and sparxie and I think I can manage to get at least one LC before the patch ends but I can't decide which one to get... Yaoguangs LC seems like it has more value especially the energy regeneration part but I've also seen the damage difference between sparxie with and without her lc..

Or I should I just scratch getting an Lc and get E2 sparkle instead bc I know we will eventually get f2p options for lcs

Pls help....
