Lock it Lending?!? Pulled my credit and sent me a closing when I've never heard of them.

What the title says. My mortgage servicer called me yesterday surprised that I had a new pull on my credit (the hard pull) for a mortgage and I was like, surely, that's a mistake. I got home and have two new emails from some guy? from a company called lock it lending "reminding" me to 'sign my loan documents'. Sorry pal, IDK who you are and my street name doesn't have a cardinal direction in it. Everything else was approximately correct but idk who the hell this is, or how the hell they pulled my credit. What can I do here? Should I call a lawyer? I don't want to call them or respond because I don't want to even give the HINT that I have been, am, or will be working with whatever the hell this is.

Also I said "guy?" because the name is so foreign i legitimately am not sure. Please help, or let me know if something similar happened to you.
