A strange request- can somebody call a phone number for me?

I am doing some geneology research, and I am trying to contact the state archives in Olsztyn because I believe they may hold a birth certificate for a relative. I have emailed them a couple of times in the past months, but I cannot get a response. I am actually hoping just to go there myself to look through things (I live in the UK, and would really love to see Gdansk, Olsztyn anyway). I have been trying to call them, and again I don't have any responses. Would somebody mind calling the number and telling me the right number to get through to an actual person (who hopefully speaks some English!). Here is the number:
