Lost motivation

i am in my last year of phd, i need to submit in 4months and i have completelly lost motivation, for a while now. i think thats partly because i also am working part time too, as otherwise i wouldnt have enough income. my lab work is done and is mostly just writing whats left, but i also struggle with some data analysis that is left to do and i just really really dont want to do it. I feel like i really had enough of all this. In general I feel like my PhD years were the most stressful years in my life and just want it to be over. Have anyone else experienced similar loss of motivation at the very end? and if yes, ho did you manage to get everything done and push through those last months?
