Question for the traders here about journaling.

Do you keep a trading journal, and if yes, what does yours look like?

I’m trying to understand how different traders approach it. Some people say it’s essential, others say they barely do it.

Things I’m curious about:

• What platform/tool do you use?

• What kind of data do you track?

• Do you review your journal regularly or mostly log trades?

• Did journaling actually improve your decision-making?

Would be interesting to hear different workflows from people here.
