I have a 1 stop ticket, with Doha as stop-over, scheduled for May 1st. What should I do?

The ticket is from Budapest to Manila. I bought it ticket a month ago. On the one hand I already planned based on weather and accommodation, so replanning would be a bummer. Additionally money is unfortunately a constraint so I can't just book a different flight. What I can do is replan the trip to later in the year, but I don't want to do that unless it is surely impossible, or too unsafe to do so.

I am sure that there has been precedent to what happens when there is conflict in the region, and Qatar's airspace is closed. Will my ticket be recoordinated to a different region or should I just hope that Qatar airspace reopens by the end of April? Or should I just refund right now, and replan the entire thing
