**Automatic Activation - no body needs any real time instructions. It is all decided already.**

In case the supreme leader dies in either of the country - they both follow a 'dead mans switch' strategy.

This way no confusion.

The simple complete rules set. Simple, concise, complete.

* **Four Layers of Command:** Four complete, independent chains of command for the military, IRGC, Navy, Air Force, and the government itself.
* **Automatic Activation:** Each layer automatically activates the moment the layer above it is eliminated. If the Supreme Leader is killed, layer 1 activates. If that person is then killed, layer 2 activates without waiting for any order, and so on, through to layer four.
* **Pre-set Instructions:** The commander in layer four has already been given standing instructions, including targets, allies to contact, and a single non-negotiable command: **"Do not stop. Do not negotiate. Do not surrender. Fire everything."**
* **Communication Independence:** This system is engineered for communication independence. If commanders receive no orders from above, if cyber attacks freeze communications, or if leadership is unreachable, they do not wait. They already have their targets and protocols. The **absence of orders is itself the order to proceed.**
* **Dead Man's Switch:** The system functions as a "dead man's switch," meaning it fires automatically when the chain of command goes dark, preventing hesitation, confusion, or a leadership vacuum.
* **Trigger Events:** The activation triggers are not limited to Khamenei's death but also include a communication blackout beyond a defined threshold, a cyber attack severing command and control networks, and simultaneous strikes on multiple leadership locations. These become launch authorizations rather than disruptions.
