Would you fire him?

Imagine you had a media buyer and video editor person in your company, youre paying him a decent salary, he does all the videos and manages all the campaigns monday to Sunday, he does such a great job that you even get the bests results youve ever had before.

But one day someone hacks his account and bum, -4.000$ from your monthly ad budget.

What would you do?

Would you get back that money trough his salary until you got it back?

Or would you understand and say “things like this happen”

Or what?

Imagine, this case cant be resolved by the advertising platform.

Btw this happened to me qith one of our biggest clients and i honestly dont know what to do, hes removing allmost all the fee until he “gets back” what he lost.
