So sick of this whole ‘waiting lists’ ‘harder for diagnosis as an adult’ shit

As someone who has just been diagnosed with autism and adhd at 29 it’s infuriating to keep hearing E bang on about waiting lists, there are so many options especially with right to choose to get a diagnosis, the problem is E you’re not even on those waiting lists because you know they’ll tell you you don’t have it. It took 6 months from start to finish for my diagnosis. I do understand wait lists can belong but they keep saying ‘I was tested at school’ etc. bullshit. Sorry for the rant it just pisses me off.
