Can a Junior QA Analyst grow into a well-paid career? Looking for advice

I recently graduated with a BSc, majoring in Cognitive Science, and I just started my first full time job as a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst. During university, I also worked part-time for about 2 years as a Data Quality Specialist.

Right now I’m earning a minimum salary since it’s an entry-level role, but I’m hoping to build a long-term career.

For people working in QA, software testing, or tech, is there good career progression in this field? What roles can someone move into after QA? Does the salary improve significantly with experience? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or advice
