Explanation:

Chapter 1: Low-key, Nagito as the main protagonist sounds fun. Also, Akane as the killer makes sense to me because she was originally going to be Hajime's rival in the beta artwork of Danganronpa 2.

Chapter 2: The reason I put "interchangeable" is that it really is. I could see Sonia as the killer, but I can also see Fuyuhiko defending himself from Sonia's attacks. This also marks the beginning of Peko's development as a character, separate from Fuyuhiko. Maybe the same thing goes for Gundham if he already developed a friendship with Sonia.

Chapter 3: To be honest, I struggled with this one hard. I originally had Mahiru kill Mikan in chapter 4, but it would've caused Hiyoko's character development to come in a bit late. So I moved them to Chapter 3 with Kazuichi.

Chapter 4: I think it's funny to have a character that almost everyone hates survive this long and have a character a lot of people would want to see survive be the killer in this chapter.

Chapter 5: I just don't see Chiaki dying before chapter 5, so I put her this far. Maybe Byakuya's motive was that he wanted to end the killing game or maybe expose Chiaki's identity as the traitor. I don't know, I'm not an expert in writing.

Chapter 6: Peko, Hiyoko, Gundham, Nekomaru, and Nagito survive. Hurrah!
