Advice needed

I am tired with a guy with cpi of 9.8+ flexing everyday and judging ppl with cpi this guy studies whole day and then tells me not to watch anime or other things which I do saying I am just wasting my life here but bro who asked u to tell and judge me.It makes me feel so low.And the worst part is he is next to my room 😢.How should I handle these people.Why can't these people give a shit about others opinion.
