Clothes like cotton on?

I'm trying to build a winter wardrobe because most of my clothes are quite daggy. I love the cotton on knit jumpers, and I've been eyeing some fold over waist pants at factorie and supre. What are some stores you guys like for cute feminine clothing? I'm not too interested in more mature clothing such as dress pants and coats because I already have those, just cute casual and warm. Also love bell sleeves if anyone can point me towards some nice ones. Thankyouu
