Would my current employers know if I'm applying to other jobs?

I'm currently underage, and working at a fast-food company as a team member - nothing special.

I'm applying to other jobs looking for something closer to my house, and I know this is a stupid question, but I need to know if there's a chance of my current employers knowing that I'm looking for another job.
