How do you tag your reads?

I’m currently organizing my monthly reads and I’m uncertain on how I’m going to tag a book that I started last month, February, but finished this month.

Does it fall under February reads or March reads? 🥹 how do you go about sorting your monthly reads? Need your thoughts. Thank you!!
