I went to a cellphone repair shop and the violated my privacy

My 65 yo mother went to buy a cell phone last week at a cell phone repair shop in DT Kelowna, while she was there they were doing something sketchy in the back with her old phone, and she walked up and kind of looked to see what they were doing, and he stopped and said "is everything ok", a few days later we noticed there was reviews from her and my goggle accounts giving this place 5 star reviews for stuff we didn't even have done. I am pissed they did this and wondering who I could report to?
