License needed for selling baked goods on a one-off basis in England?

Other Issues

Hi! Pretty much as the title suggests, I was hoping to sell some baked goods on a one-off basis some time in the summer. I'm based in Newham borough of London.

I don't intend on having this be a regular thing, and I'm not sure I expect to generate a lot of profit, I just thought it would be a fun thing to do one weekend. Can anyone advise what legally needs to be in place for me to do this? Would I need to operate under a business license, have a food hygiene rating etc.? If I decided to make it a yearly thing, would that be different?

Much appreciated!
