Child’s history… important? HELP 😖

My daughter was adopted at birth and exposed to SEVERAL different substances while in the womb. She’s a smart & fun girl but has self control issues(getting better all the time but it’s a battle), adhd (undiagnosed but she’s only 4), and HIGH energy which is common for her situation.

Is her history worth mentioning to teachers? I dont want her labeled or put in a box but Im unsure if it’s helpful to you. She looks like us so no one at the school even knows she’s adopted. She knows, but she hasn’t talked about it with friends /teachers yet.

I want to do what’s best for her but I literally have no idea. Both her grandparents were teachers and have extremely different views on the subject.
