Closest to giving up I have ever been

Everything is just so hard! Been under constant threat of losing my job for the last 3 years. If I do lose it, I'm genuinely fearful. I'm not strong enough to start again. It's not like my current job is all that great, or that I get paid all that much, but it's all I've ever known. I've got zero confidence or self-belief. It doesn't help that I have a heart issue that I'm waiting to be treated for.

Nothing is going well. Everything is getting worse, in my life and in the world in general.
