Flights delayed

This was our first experience with Frontier and is it normal for every flight to be delayed ? We are doing the JKF to MCO route. Both flights delayed for hours.

We normally travel with Air Canada and have never seen so many delays. (In fact in years of traveling with Canadian airlines we have not been delayed once).

What's up with this airline ?
