premolar extractions

Hi there, I 19F had two upper premolars removed to help resolve a severe 15mm overbite/overjet. After researching online i’ve become really worried after seeing posts containing things such as sleep apnea, recessed maxilla and your face changing severely.

I’m from the uk so i didn’t have much choice on whether I wanted the teeth removing or not. I’m just really really anxious and worried about what this extraction will do to how my face looks.

If anyone could give me some positive feedback and lmk how your experience went that would be greatly appreciated:(
