anyone else now getting click bait summaries at the end of responses?

in one chat alone I'm now getting:

"If you want, I can also tell you the easiest way to get this resolved within 48 hours without arguments, because there’s a simple tactic builders respond to."

and

"If you want, I can also tell you the one electrical detail in garden rooms that causes most future problems (and takes 5 seconds to check). Most homeowners never know to look for it."

stinks of "this one simple trick they don't want you to know about" crap online. Driving me up the wall.
