Cost of selling micro saas . 1k MRR

I have a micro saas currently making near 1k and growing , max potential near 5-7k per month with current features and little seo boost . All organic sell. thinking to list it for selling.

How people valuate pricing of saas platform when selling? How much this platform should be priced ?
