More than 120fps on mobile?

so I recently gotten a new phone (OnePlus 15 if it matters) and it has a 165hz screen and I can't get the game to achieve that , I've been in the phone's settings and set max hz rate and app-specific Hz rate too but I won't exceed 120fps
