Has anyone actually gotten any benefits from the Henne Collector tiers?

I recently reached the top Collector tier and honestly I’m a bit confused about what the actual perks are meant to be. I received an email saying I could access a personal shopper, but when I tried to reply it bounced back… 😅

I totally understand that their pieces sell out quickly and the brand is popular, but it feels like there’s not really much difference between tiers in practice. I’m definitely a loyal customer and have bought quite a bit over time, so I was expecting at least some noticeable benefit (early access, styling help that actually works, etc.).

Has anyone here had a different experience? Have you been able to use any of the Collector perks?
